Inner Activation is a one day virtual retreat hosted by NTA AUNZ 

The Inner Activation Retreat is designed for the FNTP Graduate to spend a day expanding the mind, body and heart through numerous modalities led by experts in our own community. 
This retreat is about accessing the inner guidance within each of us, and allowing transformation and expansion to unfold through the inner work.
This one day retreat brings six transformative modalities together into one powerhouse experience all for a fraction of the total value of all of these sessions. 
Inner Activation will include Yoga, Human Design, Psych-K, QHHT, Breathwork and Sound healing. 
This is $496 in value, and expertly guided sessions, all in the one day.  You can attend from anywhere, the entire retreat will be run virtually.  All participants will receive the recording of the retreat sessions.

Yoga & Mantra

As we step into this space of movement, our intention is to flow with ease while staying grounded in our practice. Through mindful movement, breath, and stillness, we connect with the energy that surrounds us and the stability within.

May this practice guide us to balance our energies, anchor us in the present moment and bring a deep sense of peace and empowerment.

Becky is dedicated to living her best life and sharing that energy with her family and community. Her journey focuses on nurturing the body, mind, and spirit through functional nutrition therapy and yoga practices. Becky look's to restore the essential rhythms and rituals around nourishment that have been forgotten over time. It brings her immense joy to share this knowledge with others and watch them embrace more vibrant, healthy lives.


Honouring Your Sacred Energy with Human Design

Welcome to the realm of Human Design—a journey back to the core of who you truly are. By reconnecting with your most aligned self, you can navigate both your personal and professional worlds with a deeper understanding that everything is composed of energy. When we align with our 'cosmic blueprint,' we find ourselves more in flow and less in force in every aspect of life.

In this session, we will explore the foundational elements of your Human Design- your energy Type, Strategy, and Authority. These basics, while simple, are profoundly powerful and form the essence of Human Design. Understanding and experimenting with these elements will allow you to immediately apply them in practical ways, guiding you toward greater alignment and ease in your daily life.

Pre-Session Preparation:

  • To get the most out of this session, please bring a pen and notebook for taking notes, as well as your Human Design chart.
  • If you’re not familiar with your Human Design chart, you can find it online here. Please ensure you enter your exact birth time (hours and minutes) to receive the most accurate chart.

With over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness realm, Sara supports female entrepreneurs to prioritise self-care, avoiding burnout while maintaining balance in life and work. Her approach blends functional nutritional therapy with cosmic health, helping clients personalise their nourishment and wellbeing. Sara's vision is to create a community of vibrant, empowered entrepreneurs who inspire others through their health and purpose, making a meaningful impact in their business and beyond.


Psych-K - Achieving the life you want through Whole Brain Activation

We often see affirmations/memes/mantras etc on our social media, T-shirt's, books and many places in life. Not all of these words resonate but some do and we feel a level of connection to them. What about if we could write one that’s truly meaningful and just for you? An affirmation that speaks to your heart and brings you closer to where you really want to be?

In our session we will create our own personal affirmations based on an area of life we feel we would like the greatest change. It’s all about what isn’t serving us and changing that to how we want it to be.  During our session together we will practice and use some whole brain techniques which can later be used through daily life to bring calm and harmony. We want you to gain tools from our workshop that are yours to keep and use forever. 

You will be fully guided through this process and we will give an example of how to formulate and arrive at your new personalized affirmation before you begin working on your very own.

Pre-Session Preparation and Setting the Space:

Spend a little time before hand and think about what might be holding you back in your life that you want focus on make a few notes.  Remember to Hydrate before and during the session, and feel free to take any notes during and after.

When creating your new and personalised affirmation we will focus on “how you would like “it” to be” and we will use the following 5 criteria; FIRST PERSON, PRESENT TENSE, POSITIVELY STATED, SHORT, 
EMOTIONALLY MEANINGFUL

Sound Healing 

You're invited to a deeply restorative, heart space sound bath meditation.
We want you to feel supported & held so you can rest (deeply), surrender your body & your mind to release and restore.

During this session we will be focusing on your Heart Chakra. Your heart chakra is associated with compassion, forgiveness and understanding. When your heart is open you may feel more content and accepting, open to invite in new possibilities.

When gentle sounds are offered during relaxation the mind attaches to the sound and is able to drop more deeply into stillness than when there is silence. Sound has been used as a calming tool for thousands of years. The benefits of sound occurs when specific sound frequencies are created that have a soothing effect on the body and mind, helps us rest deeply, rebalance our nervous system and release emotions.

Pre-Session Preparation: 

  • Comfortable space whether that be sitting or laying.
  • Earphones (wireless preferred) for the best sound experience
  • A cushion or pillow for under your head and knees, and a blanket as body temperate can drop after lying for an extended period.
  • Dimmed lighting, which can also help create a space conducive of peace and relaxation.
Kellie Siegert | FNTP, PSYCH-K® Facilitator, Reiki Channel
The Nutrition Farmacy

Kellie's purpose is to help people on a healing journey find the root cause of what holds them back from living their best life - wether that be emotionally, energetically or nutritionally. 

Kellie works with Functional Nutrition, Sound Immersion Baths, Psych-K and Reiki as a multi modality practitioner.  Her practice, The Nutrition Farmacy is run from her home in Perth, where she see's client's remotely around the world, and in person at events/workshops and in her practice.


Meet Your Guide or Guardian Angel - Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique Group Regression

A Group Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) session involves guiding multiple participants into a relaxed state of light hypnosis where you can access past life memories, higher consciousness, or the subconscious mind.

In this session you will be offered simple visualisation techniques as an introduction, followed by a guided regression to allow you to connect to and receive insights from one of your Guides or your Guardian Angel.

Each participant may have unique experiences, but the collective energy of the group can enhance the overall session. Afterward, there may be a brief group discussion where participants share their experiences and insights gained during the session.

Pre-Session Preparation: 

  • Prepare a quiet environment where you can have an uninterrupted escape with their subconscious.
  • A notepad and pen will be needed afterwards.
  • Earphones can be great during the session for sound, but are not neccessary.

Carrie Rose Holistic Health

Specialising in health from a functional holistic view, she is a qualified Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP), Restorative Wellness Practitioner (RWP), PSYCH-K® Facilitator, and has most recently joined the Nutritional Therapy Association Australia as an Assistant Instructor.

With a love for expanding her learning and self-evolution, Carolyn has recently completed Level 2 Reiki, and Level 1 QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique). Her approach to wellness involves addressing all aspects of health, including nutrition, hydration, movement, stress, emotions, and subconscious beliefs. The practice of energy healing has also now become an integral part of her focus and she is excited to offer this as part of her support to her clients, as well as family and friends.

Carolyn’s passion for holistic wellness and spiritual growth stems from her own personal health challenges, including hormone dysregulation, menopause and hypothyroidism, which she overcame successfully through the introduction of targeted therapeutic nutrients, the management of stress and nurturing of the soul. These experiences inspired her to help others who are going through similar health issues to achieve wellness from a “mind, body, soul” perspective.


Breathwork

Join us for a unique and transformative online experience combining conscious connected breathwork (followed by sound healing), designed to guide you on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and healing. Whether you've experienced breathwork before or are completely new to these practices, this session offers a supportive environment for everyone, right from the comfort of your home.

In this online session, you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork practice aimed at reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting emotional and physical well-being.  Following the breathwork, immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of a sound healing session, allowing the vibrations to deepen your relaxation and healing. We will conclude with a sharing circle to reflect and integrate the experience.

What to Expect

  • Introduction and Relaxation (5 minutes): We will begin with a brief introduction to conscious connected breathwork and sound healing, explaining their benefits and what to expect. This will be followed by a few minutes of relaxation to help prepare the body and mind.
  • Breathwork Session (45 minutes): Engage in a conscious connected breathwork practice designed to facilitate deep relaxation, emotional release, and heightened awareness. The session will be supported by calming music, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
  • Transition to Sound Healing: After the breathwork session, seamlessly transition into a sound healing experience led by our skilled sound healer, Kellie. The soothing sounds of instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes will help deepen your state of relaxation and support your healing process.
  • Sharing and Integration: We will conclude with a group sharing circle, providing an opportunity for you to reflect on your experience, share insights, and connect with others. This time for reflection helps to integrate the benefits of the breathwork and sound healing sessions into your everyday life.

Pre-Session Preparation: 

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe easily during the session. 
  • Good quality headphones are essential for the best experience (bluetooth/wireless headphones are preferred to allow for comfortable movement).
  • A cushion or pillow for under your head and knees, and a blanket as temperate can fluctuate during the session.  
  • An eye mask for deeper relaxation (optional)
Bianca Fontana | FNTP, Breathwork Facilitator
Breathe with Bianca

Bianca is an educator and certified breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for holistic wellness and personal growth. Certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP) and Yoga Teacher (YTT 200), Bianca has a comprehensive understanding of the various aspects of health and well-being, which she has used to support clients over the years. Deeply interested in the mind, spirituality, meditation, breathwork, and the art of movement, Bianca integrates these elements into a unique approach to wellness, empowering others to achieve balance in mind, body, and spirit. Outside of her professional work, Bianca is an open-minded soul who enjoys exploring various aspects of the spiritual world, spending time in nature, renovating her home in Italy, staying physically active and exploring the unknown through practices like breathwork and meditation.
