Our philosophy is that the myriad of health problems plaguing modern society result from weaknesses in the body's physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. We focus on food that the human body has evolved to consume.

We look out for each other, put the needs of the team before our own, and are always willing to ask for help when we need it.
LEARNING & IMPROVING EVERY DAY.
We are nerds and proud of it. We constantly seek to expand our knowledge and skills and share what we've learned with the team.
PRACTICING THE PARADIGM.
We practice what we preach, honoring ancestral wisdom, focusing on The Foundations, and enjoying real food.
ENJOYING THE JOURNEY.
We take our work seriously but make sure to have fun along the way, celebrate successes, and follow our bliss.
A Funtional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner™ (FNTP) is a paraprofessional certified by the Nutritional Therapy Association, Inc.®, trained to evaluate a client's nutritional needs, support normal function, and identify nutritional deficiencies.
An FNTP is not trained to provide medical diagnosis, to prescribe or treat any medical or pathological condition, illness, injury or disease, and is not a replacement for a medical doctor.
Rather, FNTP's direct their clients on a path of discovery to the underlying issues affecting their health, empowering them with knowledge and showing them how to make the changes themselves. They are trained to work alongside licensed practitioners to support a doctor's diagnosis and other therapies.
An FNTP makes recommendations about dietary changes, lifestyle considerations and nutritional supplementation based on a systematic, functional approach.
Using non-invasive evaluative techniques, the intention is to identify what will nourish the body and help it to find equilibrium.
What's it like to work with an FNTP? Find out here.
NTA's philosophy is that the myriad health problems plaguing modern society result from weaknesses in the body's physiological foundations brought on by poor nutrition. As an educational organisation, NTA is dedicated to helping healthcare professionals and individuals understand and reverse the tragic and unsuspected effects of the modern diet on their families, patients, and clients. Our foundational holistic approach focuses on the importance of properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole foods paired with a well-balanced lifestyle. Throughout our seminars, students access a wide range of educational tools and techniques that help identify and correct nutritional imbalances.
Our courses cover scientific principles about how the human body functions, anatomically and physiologically. We also understand there is an innate intelligence of our own body's nutritional needs that we have lost touch with. The Functional Nutritional Therapy Training course provides a means to reconnect with, and grow attuned to our body's physiological response to nutrients.
We're bringing healthy back.
