Stef, a passionate advocate for nutrition and holistic health, embarked on her journey at an early age. Fueled by a love for cooking and a desire to create healthier recipes, she delved into functional nutrition, seeking to understand the underlying causes of symptoms.
As a Functional Nutritional, Therapy Practitioner, Stef completed extensive studies, including Restorative Wellness Solutions (Levels 1, 2, and 3), emphasizing empathy and recognizing the uniqueness of each healing journey.
Her commitment to learning has led her to specialize in Oncology Nutrition, and she proudly holds a 250-Hour Oncology Nutrition Consulting Certification developed by Jess Higgins Kelley and her experts in the field. Currently enrolled in Dr. Nasha Winter's Advocate Program for the Metabolic Approach to Cancer, Stef combines her expertise with genuine passion. Based in Melbourne, Australia, she is an active member of the Australian College of Nutritional and Environmental Medicine and the Clinical Oncology Society of Australia.
