Yoke Mardewi is the founder of Wild Sourdough and her aim is to inspire and help people to make naturally fermented sourdough breads and baked products that are both gut friendly and gluten free, at home that are truly delicious and nourishing.

Yoke’s gluten free story begins with her passion and belief that no one, especially children with allergies, should miss out on eating truly delicious and wholesome good food.

These premium plant based, gut friendly, FODMAPs friendly, gluten free baking and bread mixes have been created and made with love and care from over 16 years of research and testing. Yoke's gluten free flour mixes are endorsed by Coeliac Australia and free from egg, nuts, dairy and soya. Plus they contain no gums, additives, preservatives, and added sweetener/sugar.

Yoke runs sourdough making classes across Australia and virtually. Her gluten free recipes and YouTube channel are accessible via QR code. Her gluten free flours are available in stores across Australia and online both in retail packs and bulk bags & cartons.

Sara Fieschi is the passionate Founder of Food Spirit Wellness—a guiding light for female Health Practitioners, Coaches, and Wellness Entrepreneurs on their journey to wellness. Sara holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Science & Nutrition with Honours, a PhD in Nutrition, and a Diploma in Functional Nutritional Therapy. For over 14 years, she served as a dedicated lecturer and researcher in Health at Deakin University. Her contributions extend beyond academia, having co-authored numerous scientific research papers and earned recognition through industry awards.

Sara's expertise spans various disciplines including Functional Nutritional Therapy, Gastrointestinal Healing, Nutritional Blood Chemistry, and more. Drawing upon her extensive knowledge, training, and experience, Sara supports female health practitioners, coaches, and wellness entrepreneurs. Her mission is to guide them in exploring their healing potential while avoiding burnout and embracing balance. Sara's approach nourishes the whole being, paving the way for vibrant health and exceptional client care.
