Reclaiming Vitality: The Low Testosterone & Energy Connection

Ever feel like your energy is slipping away—and no matter what you try, it’s hard to reclaim your spark?

In this powerful episode of the NTA AU/NZ Vodcast, Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Richard Adams joins host Dr. Sara Fieschi to explore the vital link between testosterone, energy, and holistic health—especially for men over 40.

Through personal experience and professional insight, Richard shares:

  • The silent signs of low testosterone and how it impacts your vitality

  • Why gut health and stress play a bigger role in hormones than you think

  • Practical strategies to restore energy, mood, and long-term wellbeing

  • And how real transformation starts with personalised nutrition, not one-size-fits-all fixes

Whether you're a health practitioner, a curious listener, or someone ready to reclaim your health—this episode offers both science and soul.
